Sales Executive (Fresher)
India's Leading Bank
Salary: Base + ₹1L/month commission
Summary: Call & meet clients to sell Home Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc. on Bank Payroll.
Responsibilities: Call clients, meet in person, verify CIBIL, hit targets.
Qualifications: Degree, no exp, communication, travel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Outreach:

Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers from bank-generated or self-sourced leads.

Conduct field visits to meet clients at their home, office, or any preferred location to explain product features.

Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings to convert them into sales.

Build a pipeline of interested customers and ensure regular follow-up until closure.
2. Product Sales and Cross-Selling:
-
Sell a range of banking products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions accordingly.

Cross-sell other bank offerings including insurance, savings accounts, investment plans, etc.

Assist customers in understanding product terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and documentation.
3. Documentation and Application Processing:

Guide clients through the loan or credit card application process and help them complete necessary paperwork.

Verify KYC documents and ensure all forms are correctly filled and submitted in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal departments for processing, approval, disbursement, or activation of products.

Track and follow up on the status of each application and keep clients informed.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide excellent service by resolving queries, assisting with documentation, and explaining terms clearly.

Ensure that customers are aware of all terms and conditions, EMI schedules, interest charges, and repayment obligations.
5. Reporting and Target Achievement:

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics to the reporting manager.

Update CRM tools or lead management systems with accurate customer interaction data.
6. Market Intelligence:

Keep track of market trends, competitor offers, and customer feedback.

Share insights with the team or management to refine strategies or introduce new approaches.
