● Keep records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
● Work closely with the team for service activation, pricing, and clarifications. ● Learn continuously about VoIP products, telecom basics, and sales techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
● Strong written English skills with good grammar and clarity.
● Eagerness to learn new concepts, especially in VoIP and sales.
