Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at NZ Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business, identifying sales opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote our IT services and solutions, with a focus on growth and client acquisition.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our IT services and solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress against targets. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and improve performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless handoff and delivery of solutions to clients.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT/technology sector. Freshers are  welcomed 

  • Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales activities and client interactions.

  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
