Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Strictly Work From Office)
Qualification: Graduate
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
Walk-In Interviews
Monday to Saturday
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting
One of the main tasks of a Sales Executive is identifying new business opportunities. This involves researching the market, identifying potential clients, and generating new sales leads. Sales Executives must be proactive in seeking out prospects through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn. -
Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is a fundamental responsibility. Sales Executives must understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. They must manage ongoing communication and be responsive to client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. -
Product Presentation and Demonstrations
Once a lead is generated, the Sales Executive is responsible for presenting the company’s products or services in a way that aligns with the client's needs. This may include conducting in-person or virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services offered. A Sales Executive must be well-versed in the product's value proposition and be able to answer client questions comprehensively. -
Negotiation and Closing Sales
Sales Executives play a key role in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients. They must possess strong negotiation skills to ensure both the company and client are satisfied with the terms. The ultimate goal is to close deals successfully and secure new clients. This requires the ability to handle objections, manage expectations, and convert potential clients into long-term customers. -
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
To track progress and performance, Sales Executives are required to maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales leads, opportunities, and deals closed. Reporting is often done weekly or monthly to keep management informed of sales activities. Additionally, Sales Executives may assist in forecasting future sales by providing insights into market trends, competition, and customer demand. -
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
An effective Sales Executive stays updated on market trends, industry news, and competitive activity.
