Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new customers and generate sales leads
• Do regular calling to follow up with leads and existing clients
• Explain product features and help customers choose the right items
• Meet sales targets and maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Requirements:
• Experience in sales or a similar role (home décor preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking in both English and Kannada
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Self-driven and goal-oriented personality
Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)

Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is a plus
