Job Title: Sales Executive (Full-Time & Internship Roles)
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Required: 0- 1 year in insurance sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in selling insurance products and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all insurance products (Life/General insurance) to individual and corporate clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region
- Educate clients on policy details, benefits, terms, and claim processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market
- Basic computer proficiency
