Prajyot Infotech is looking for motivated and confident Sales Executives to join our team.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Communication, and Sales. You will connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and introduce them to our websites, ERP software, appointment apps, and custom digital solutions.
Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.* Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.* Explain our products and services clearly.* Follow up with interested prospects.* Schedule meetings and discussions with potential clients.* Negotiate and help close successful deals.* Maintain lead and client records.* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* Freshers can apply.* Good communication skills.* Basic English speaking and writing skills.* Basic computer knowledge.* Basic knowledge of MS Office.* Confidence while speaking with clients.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.* Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Technology.
Salary & Incentives
* ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.* 10%–12% performance incentive on every successfully closed client/project, in addition to the fixed salary.* 1-month probation period.* Mobile/internet reimbursement may be provided as per company policy.
