Job Description
VERY Urgent requirement in *LODHA* (*Real Estate Process*)
*Salary 40000/- inhand -43000/- gross*
Timing 9am to 6pm.
10am to 7pm
Requirement: *50 sales executive*
Min Qualification - HSC
*Excellent English Comm skill and minimum 6 months to 1 year ANY Sales experience*
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
-
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.

Attend promotional events, property expos, and field visits to identify potential clients.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers using CRM or lead management tools.
2. Client Consultation and Site Visits:
-
Contact and qualify prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients to showcase available properties (residential, commercial, or plots).

Present features, pricing, amenities, and legal benefits of each property in a convincing and informative manner.

Highlight investment benefits, potential appreciation, and builder credibility to influence decisions.
3. Sales Closure and Negotiation:

Follow up consistently with interested clients to move them through the sales funnel.

Negotiate property prices, payment plans, and booking terms as per company policy.

Assist clients with the documentation process including booking forms, agreements, and other legal paperwork.

Coordinate with internal legal, finance, or CRM teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
4. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-sales assistance by answering client queries related to payment schedules, registration, or possession timelines.

Handle customer concerns or objections politely and escalate issues to the sales manager when needed.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated with current real estate trends, new project launches, government policies, RERA guidelines, and market rates.

Collect feedback from clients about competitors' offerings and market conditions.

Share market intelligence with the sales team and management to improve strategy.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, site visits, bookings, and closed deals.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to supervisors.

Use CRM tools and spreadsheets to manage leads and monitor progress.
