Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective buyers, guiding them through property options, conducting site visits, and ultimately converting prospects into sales. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue and building long-term relationships with customers.
The position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, digital outreach, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads by using real estate portals, social media platforms, and field marketing.

Attend property expos, seminars, and other promotional events to attract potential buyers.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Interact with prospective clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.

Build and maintain positive relationships with buyers by providing professional advice and assistance throughout the sales process.

Follow up regularly with potential clients to close deals and answer queries regarding pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
3. Sales & Conversion:

Conduct property presentations and on-site visits with clients, showcasing features, location advantages, and available units.

Explain project specifications, floor plans, amenities, approvals, and pricing clearly.

Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress to the Sales Manager.
4. Market Research & Intelligence:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the local real estate market, including competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Share valuable feedback with the marketing and development teams for product and campaign improvements.
5. Documentation & Coordination:

Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and coordinating with back-end teams for payment schedules, allotment letters, and agreement processing.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction history in CRM systems or internal databases.

Work with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure a smooth post-sales process.
