Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with generating leads, meeting with clients, closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships, maintaining customer records and carrying out after-sales services.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
• Knowledge about the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience using CRM tools and technology platforms
• Fluency in English and Hindi
