Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Noida
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in Software Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
