Job Description
Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities :
- Execution of End to End sales process starting from lead generation to closure
- Generating inquiries/ Leads; sourcing through Bidding, Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Social media & other various sources.
- To maintain constant Follow-up on inquiries generated.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
- To maintain work/calls/inquiry track record and report to the superior in given format on daily bases in Microsoft excel / Spreadsheet.
- Handling all the Queries of B2c, Corporate, domestic & inbound tours.
- Achieving the defined target of business closure
Knowledge/Skill Required :
- Must be graduate in any stream
- Must be proficient with MS office application
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
