Job Description

Wanted sales executive boys/girls for working in mini super markets/Ready to eat food outlets. Free lodging & Boarding provided. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass/Fail. Experience in selling food products preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Target Achievement:

    • Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling ready-to-eat food products to mini supermarkets, convenience stores, and neighborhood food outlets.

    • Drive secondary sales and ensure product rotation, freshness, and availability.

  • Market Development and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and approach new retailers or outlets to list and distribute company products.

    • Create a beat plan and route map for daily visits to potential and existing clients.

  • Retailer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, owners, and purchasing personnel.

    • Handle queries, complaints, and feedback from retailers and provide timely resolutions.

  • Order Collection and Fulfillment:

    • Collect orders on a regular cycle and coordinate with the supply chain or distributors for on-time deliveries.

    • Monitor stock levels at stores and recommend replenishments as needed.

  • Product Placement and Merchandising:

    • Ensure proper display of products on shelves and counters as per company guidelines.

    • Work with merchandising teams to implement promotional displays, signage, and branding materials.

  • Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

    • Gather insights about competitor products, pricing, schemes, and strategies.

    • Report field data to the Area Sales Manager and contribute to planning and improvements.

  • Promotional Activities and Campaigns:

    • Support and participate in marketing and promotional activities such as sampling, product demos, in-store promotions, and festival sales.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain records of sales visits, order volumes, outlet feedback, and payment status.

    • Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager through prescribed tools or apps.
