Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Employees to join our Real Estate - Ratnamohan Group's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential buyers through cold calling, property portals, referrals, and networking.

  • Manage inbound inquiries generated from online campaigns, walk-ins, and advertisements.

  • Build and maintain a database of prospective customers for continuous engagement.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements, budget preferences, and investment goals.

  • Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and keep clients informed about new projects, offers, and pricing.

3. Property Presentation & Site Visits

  • Conduct property site visits with potential buyers and showcase project features.

  • Explain project details, including layout plans, pricing, amenities, and legal documentation.

  • Highlight the advantages of location, property value, and investment potential.

  • Address client queries confidently and resolve objections effectively.

4. Sales Negotiation & Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize property sales agreements.

  • Collaborate with the finance and legal teams for loan approvals, agreement preparation, and registration.

  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end property transaction process.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings.

  • Conduct research on upcoming projects, government policies, and legal regulations.

  • Provide inputs to the marketing team for targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

6. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for property exhibitions, real estate fairs, and promotional events.

  • Use digital platforms and social media marketing to enhance property visibility.

  • Coordinate with brokers, agents, and channel partners for lead conversion and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical & Sales Skills

  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and property laws.

  • Knowledge of loan processing, registration, and property documentation.

  • Experience in using CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing portals.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is an added advantage.

2. Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.

  • Strong persuasive abilities to convert prospects into buyers.

  • Confidence in pitching premium properties to high-net-worth individuals.

  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate successfully.

3. Personal Attributes
