Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Respirit Healthcare Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
