Job Description
Telecalling
Running email and social media marketing campaigns
Content drafting for the marketing assets
Generating qualified leads for multiple business lines
Assistance in sales of quick moving small ticket items
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, market research, and networking.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

Maintain a database of prospective and current clients in CRM tools.
2. Client Interaction & Sales Presentations:

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

Give product presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Answer queries related to pricing, product customization, delivery, and terms.
3. Deal Closure & Revenue Generation:

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and invoices.

Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Handle post-sale queries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with service teams.
-
Gather customer feedback and report to the management for improvement.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Update sales performance in company systems.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
