SALES EXECUTIVE

· Good communications skills
· Communicate with different customers such as leads and prospects
· Required Two-wheeler Compulsory
· Sales Executive will have developing and managing relationships with new clients
· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· 10th/intermediate/Diploma/ITI/Any degree

Job Timings :– (9am to 6pm)
Salary :- 1.5 lacks to 2 lacks CTC + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.

Generate and qualify leads using multiple channels (phone, email, in-person, social media).
-
Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers in the CRM or sales tracking system.
2. Client Meetings & Presentations
-
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s interests.

Highlight key features, pricing, and benefits, addressing customer queries and objections effectively.
3. Sales & Business Development
-
Promote and sell the company’s products/services to both B2C and B2B customers.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or roadshows when required.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
-
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close profitable sales deals.

Follow up with clients after meetings to provide further information and address remaining concerns.

Finalize and process orders, agreements, and necessary paperwork.
5. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and follow-up actions.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required by management.

Use CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and generate insights.
