Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to the given leads to promote residential properties
- Respond to inbound inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Maintain and update client records and interactions
- To share reports on daily basis
- Follow up on leads
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly & monthly targets
- Stay up to date on market trends and specific property details to answer client questions effectively
- Handle objections and negotiate where needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a sales/customer service role
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Language Requirement: English, Tamil, Telugu Preferred
- For Fresher training will be given
Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language.

Persuasive and confident attitude toward client handling.

Ability to learn product details and explain them convincingly.

Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (optional but preferred).

For field roles: Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
