Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching our products or services, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to work independently while being a part of a collaborative sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new potential customers through field visits, cold calling, walk-ins, networking, or referrals.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into prospects.

Research market trends and competitor activity to spot sales opportunities.
2. Product/Service Presentation

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers clearly and confidently.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations at customer locations or in-store.

Handle objections professionally and address customer concerns effectively.
3. Sales Conversion

Close sales by building trust, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Ensure all sales targets, daily call/meeting numbers, and conversions are achieved.

Process orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate with the back office/logistics team for delivery.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collect feedback and share it with relevant departments to improve service quality.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and customer details in CRM or Excel.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit to the sales manager.

Participate in regular sales review meetings and training sessions.
6. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, campaigns, or events.

Support other sales team members and share best practices for overall team performance.
Required Skills

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written skills in English or regional language(s).

Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and convince customers.

Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and understand product technicalities or service details.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize leads, schedule client meetings, and achieve targets.
