Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling forestry land cleaning machines or industrial equipment, excellent communication skills, a passion for learning about industrial product marketing, and a willingness to travel extensively to meet potential clients and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, industrial clients, and forestry land developers.

  • Promote and demonstrate forestry land cleaning machines to prospective clients effectively.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide timely updates and product information to customers.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

  • Share insights with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain proper sales records and submit regular reports to management.

  • Coordinate with the technical, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide feedback from the field to improve products and customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Sales Skills

  • Prior experience in industrial equipment sales or forestry land cleaning machines is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.

  • Ability to explain technical specifications and operational features of machines.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about sales.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and demonstrations.
