Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, promoting company products or services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the enthusiasm to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a professional approach, and the determination to contribute significantly to the company’s growth. Whether working in field sales, telesales, B2C or B2B environments, the Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and walk-ins.

Reach out to individuals or businesses to promote the company’s offerings.

Maintain a database of leads and prospects with updated contact details and notes.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building:

Meet or speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

Provide detailed information about pricing, features, terms, and delivery.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Presentation & Conversion:

Deliver compelling product or service presentations and demonstrations.

Highlight benefits that match customer needs and address any objections.

Close sales through negotiations and agreements that are beneficial for both the customer and the company.
4. Follow-ups & Customer Service:

Follow up with potential customers who showed interest or needed time to decide.

Ensure timely delivery and proper after-sales service.

Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Coordination:

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and activity.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for seamless customer experience.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and briefings as required.
