We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The Sales Executive will play a key role in generating revenue by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and promoting the company’s products or services.

This position requires a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen sense of customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. If you are passionate about sales and customer interaction and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, field visits, or referrals.

  • Approach prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition clearly to clients.

  • Convert leads into sales by addressing client objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism.

2. Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Monitor individual sales performance and continuously strive to improve conversion rates.

  • Track sales metrics, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks through daily and weekly reports.

  • Work in collaboration with sales managers and team leaders to implement strategies for achieving team goals.

3. Product Knowledge

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, including their features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Stay updated with changes in product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Provide accurate and relevant information to clients to support their decision-making process.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and encourage repeat business.

  • Manage customer data and feedback systematically, using CRM software or reporting tools as required.

  • Act as the point of contact for clients before, during, and after the sale.

5. Field Sales and Market Presence

  • Conduct field visits as needed to meet clients at their premises or designated locations.

  • Represent the company in events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and local marketing efforts.

  • Identify and report market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor strategies in the assigned territory.

6. Sales Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and necessary documents for customer transactions.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer visits, prospects, sales closed, and market insights.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in coordinating deliveries or service implementation if required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
