⁠* Drive membership sales through walk – ins & cold calling

•⁠ ⁠Book and confirm leads and members into classes

•⁠ ⁠Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio as required

•⁠ ⁠Proper data maintenance for walk ins, telephonic queries and other sources in CRM

•⁠ ⁠Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants

•⁠ ⁠Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club

•⁠ ⁠Ensure club is clean and tidy

•⁠ ⁠Present available services to current or prospective members

•⁠ ⁠Collect out-standing dues

•⁠ ⁠Assist H2i with club operations

•⁠ ⁠Any other duties as assigned
