Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Maintain a client database and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
3. Sales Target Achievement

Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.

Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
4. Negotiation & Closing Deals

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients.

Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.

Ensure smooth onboarding of clients by coordinating with internal teams.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and invoices accurately.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and feedback to management for product and pricing improvements.

Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments.

Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management.

Update the CRM system with accurate customer data and progress tracking.

Share insights on sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
