Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, promoting company products or services, and closing sales. This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth, meeting revenue targets, and strengthening the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a proactive attitude. Whether working in a B2C or B2B environment, the Sales Executive should be able to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:

Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and generating leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, or digital platforms.

Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business and growing the company’s client base.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up regularly with existing clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.

Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal departments for product or service improvement.
3. Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide regular feedback and reports to the Sales Manager regarding market conditions and potential business risks or opportunities.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on data analysis and industry insights.
4. Product Knowledge and Training:

Acquire deep knowledge of company products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and use cases.

Keep up to date with new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to improve product expertise and sales techniques.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools or designated reporting formats.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager detailing activities, results, pipeline status, and forecasting.

Ensure all sales-related paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
