Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads.

Visit potential customers for new business opportunities and conduct product presentations or demonstrations.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust, ensure repeat business, and upsell/cross-sell wherever possible.

Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
3. Sales Presentation and Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs.

Negotiate terms of agreements including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

Close sales by understanding client requirements, securing commitment, and finalizing contracts.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and post-sale support.
4. Sales Planning and Strategy:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Contribute to sales forecasting, territory planning, and product positioning.

Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM tools.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to supervisors.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and customer satisfaction.
6. Product Knowledge:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services, features, pricing, and benefits.

Stay updated on new product launches, changes in offerings, and market developments.

Participate in training programs and workshops to improve product understanding and selling techniques.
