We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining clients for our various loan products. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, financial product knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify potential clients through field visits, calls, and referrals

Pitch loan products such as Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, Plot Loans, etc.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation to customers

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful disbursals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals

Keep records of client interactions and loan status updates

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
