Position: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Customer Service
Location: Nungambakkam-Chennai
Reporting to: Store Manager
The Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role involves showcasing jewellery pieces, assisting customers with their requirements, and maintaining the store’s professional image.
Key Responsibilities-
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and occasions.

Provide detailed product knowledge, including gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and product displays as per company standards.

Handle billing, payment transactions, and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, designs, and product features.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security procedures.

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (any discipline).

Prior experience in jewellery sales/retail sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and inventory management.
