Location: Lucknow

About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive with experience in steel industry project sales—especially TMT bars, Structural steel, plates. You’ll be responsible for finding new clients, building relationships, and closing sales in the Delhi,NCR, Haryana region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present products and engage potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales
- Visit sites for demos and client meetings
- Identify and target dealers, buyers, and projects
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated on product and pricing knowledge
- Share feedback to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the steel/building materials industry
- Familiarity with TMT bars (primary vs secondary)
- Preferred: Experience with brands like TATA, SAIL, JSW, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle rejections
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
