Job Description

Looking for candidates for sale of flats who may join our expanding team. The Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enhance client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

To attend to sales enquiry and other aspects in relation to flats sale.

To pursue sales leads for sales opportunity and attend to phone enquiries and walk-in customers, act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.

To liaise with purchasers, solicitors, end-financiers on SPA, end financing and other related matters.

To participate in roadshow events and any other ad-hoc assignments.

To prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
