Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive person
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, Basic Computer Knowledge, Basic Communication Skills, with Two wheeler.
Salary Based on Experience Rs. 12, 000 to Rs. 18,000.
No. of Openings : 2 Nos.
This is an immediate hiring, interested person contact us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, field visits, online research, or networking.

Generate leads via various channels such as social media, emails, industry events, and CRM tools.

Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying potential.
2. Sales Presentations and Pitches:
-
Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

Customize sales pitches based on the client's needs and preferences.

Arrange meetings with decision-makers and influencers.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.

Follow up regularly to maintain engagement and address any queries or concerns.

Ensure excellent after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
-
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Actively participate in promotional and sales campaigns.
-
Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
-
Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
-
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
-
Suggest improvements to products, services, and marketing strategies based on customer feedback.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for internal use.
-
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
