As an Sales Executive in our team, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our clients business accounts through effective communication, proactive strategies, and data-driven insights. You will be responsible for executing B2B sales processes, utilizing your convincing skills and CRM expertise to drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, field visits, digital channels, and referrals.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating leads on a daily basis.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
-
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly.
3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
4. Product Knowledge and Training
-
Stay up-to-date with product specifications, features, pricing, and offers.

Attend regular product and sales training programs.

Effectively communicate technical or product-related information to customers.
5. Reporting and Documentation
-
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and follow-up details.

Update CRM or internal systems with client data and sales activities.

Submit reports on sales performance, territory coverage, and client feedback to the sales manager.
6. Field Sales (If Applicable)
-
Visit retail outlets, distributors, corporate clients, or residential areas (based on industry).

Conduct product demos and promotional activities in assigned territories.

Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
