Job Description

CleanCo, a leading brand under Tenx Business Consulting, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive retail sales of our FMCG products. The role involves engaging with retail customers, promoting CleanCo products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail sales within the FMCG sector and strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell CleanCo FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, local stores, and other retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Identify new retail sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide excellent customer service to enhance product awareness and drive sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients for outstanding dues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
    • Ability to build rapport with retail clients and customers.
    • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client visits and sales activities.

Job Details

  • Salary: INR 15000 to 18000 per month + Sales Incentives (based on performance).
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
