Sales Executive – The Coders Adda

The Coders Adda is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software and technology solutions, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, visits, and other channels.
• Visit client offices when required to understand their business requirements.
• Explain and demonstrate our software and technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand client requirements and ensure proper communication.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant field.
• Freshers can apply; prior sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
