Job Description
We are hiring a Female Sales Executive to join our growing team at Thixpro Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote our services including CRM, ERP, Website Development, Mobile App Development, AI, RPA and Digital Marketing.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling calls and client conversations.
- Basic knowledge of B2B Sales / IT Services will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
