Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to help the company achieve its revenue goals.
As a Sales Executive, your role is to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and ensure a smooth sales process. You must be self-motivated, confident, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, or marketing-generated leads.

Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend relevant products or services.

Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Handle inquiries, provide product/service details, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Sales Presentation & Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, both in person and virtually, as needed.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly.

Highlight the value proposition to the customer based on their requirements.
4. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sales strategies.

Maintain a sales pipeline and forecast future sales volumes.
5. Market Research & Reporting:

Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements in sales approach.

Collect and report customer feedback, product performance, and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Minimum: 12th pass;
-
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.)

Experience:

Prefer experience in a sales or customer service role.

Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in local language.

Basic English or Hindi communication is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence and ability to persuade or negotiate effectively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn about products and improve sales techniques.
