Qualifications:
Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or MCA
6 months to 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication (Hindi & English)
Self-motivated and target-oriented

Skills & Competencies Required

Excellent Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, or the local language; ability to persuade and explain.

Sales Skills: Good at closing deals, negotiating, handling objections, and upselling.

Confidence & Presentation: Able to speak confidently and represent the brand professionally.

Customer Focused: Patient listener with a service-first attitude.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks without missing deadlines.

Basic Tech Skills: Use of MS Office, CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, etc.
