Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors in science background
Role: Sales executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting customers across assigned territories or sectors.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, industry events, referrals, and online research.

Understand and assess customer needs to offer suitable equipment and instruments tailored to their applications.

Promote and sell a range of technical products such as laboratory equipment, industrial tools, measuring instruments, calibration devices, or diagnostic tools, depending on the company’s product portfolio.
2. Product Demonstration and Consultation

Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations to explain the functionality, benefits, and features of equipment.

Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on product selection, compatibility, installation, and maintenance.

Customize proposals based on specific client requirements and industry applications.

Answer client queries related to product specifications, warranties, compliance standards, and service offerings.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction, answer additional queries, and offer after-sales support.

Maintain accurate customer records and track all interactions, inquiries, and feedback.

Develop account management strategies to expand product usage within current client portfolios.
4. Pricing and Proposal Preparation

Prepare and present quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals based on customer requirements and company pricing strategy.

Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sales.

Ensure proposals comply with client tender requirements or procurement guidelines, where applicable.
5. Sales Reporting and CRM Management

Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with leads, opportunities, and deal status.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for internal review.

Track personal and team targets, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the product development or marketing teams.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to network and enhance market visibility.
