- Qualification :Any Degree
- Experience :Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in FMCG,
- Salary :35 k – 45 K / Month – (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Job Overview:
A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s products or services, developing strategies to attract new customers, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. A strong focus on customer relationships, persuasive communication, and achieving sales goals is essential for success in this role.
Requested Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good working knowledge of Computers ( MS office , Internet Etc.)
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range to confidently pitch products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market trends to assist in product and marketing strategies.
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Reach out to potential and existing customers to present and sell products.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
