Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Conducting on-site meetings with prospects and existing clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and challenges.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering engaging presentations that highlight the benefits of IT infrastructure solutions and tailoring them to specific client requirements.
- Proposal Development: Preparing detailed proposals that include pricing and implementation plans, showcasing the value of the proposed solutions.
- Relationship Building: Fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and collaboration with internal teams.
- Strong Selling Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and close deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure products, solutions, and services, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and identify appropriate solutions.
- Initiative & Proactiveness: Taking initiative to pursue opportunities and proactively engage with clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and client interactions.
