Role Purpose

The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers. The role covers the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to negotiation, booking, documentation coordination, and post-sales support.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for residential, commercial, plotted-development, or other assigned real estate projects.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry generation to booking and closure.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, offers, possession timelines, and investment potential to prospective customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while protecting company margins.
• Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, instalments, and pending payments from customers.
