Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Schedule meetings and presentations with potential customers.
2. Client Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up on inquiries and provide timely responses to customer queries.
3. Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
4. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

Convert leads into confirmed sales by negotiating terms and closing deals.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients as required.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
6. After-Sales Support

Ensure client satisfaction post-sale and address any service or product-related issues.

Encourage repeat business and gather referrals from satisfied clients.
