Job Description
We are looking to hire candidate for our newly launched nutraceutical brand called NutraStore products.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Visit: Identify potential customers and conduct regular field visits to promote NutraStore products.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and persuasive sales pitches at client locations, events, and retail spaces.
Lead Conversion: Convert field leads into sales through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
Market Intelligence: Collect customer feedback and stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, client interactions, and feedback using mobile CRM tools or reporting formats.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets through diligent fieldwork and customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients and customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
