Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research

Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients (virtual or in-person)

Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions from our portfolio

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve the sales process

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors

Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
