Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting
them into customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves
online selling, cold calling, and field visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell company products through online platforms and direct customer interactions
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and follow up with potential clients
- Visit clients in the field to pitch products and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in both online and field sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
- Basic knowledge of online selling platforms and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
