Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and executing them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote products or services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing department or other sources.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or solutions.
- Address client queries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations for prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer input.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client information, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including forecasts and performance analysis.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and post-sales service as required.
