Sales Executive - LAP - Loan Against Property
Job Description
Language - Tamil, English
Experience - 6 months to 1 year
Salary - up to 20k to 25k negotiable
Working days - Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed weekoff)
Work Timing - 9 to 6
Work Location - Egmore,Avadi,Adampakkam,Redhills
Qualification - minimum 12th pass/ any graduation
Gender - Male only with bike is a mandate
Interview Date : July 7th - 12th (Timing : 10 AM - 4 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
-
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, builder channels, real estate agents, and other business development activities.

Contact potential customers and explain the features and benefits of Loan Against Property products.

Schedule meetings and site visits to understand customer needs and evaluate property suitability.
2. Customer Assessment and Relationship Management
-
Understand the borrower’s loan requirement, income profile, and property details.

Collect necessary documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers) and assess basic eligibility based on lending norms.

Maintain regular contact with customers through the loan process – from application to disbursal – and provide timely updates.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources.
3. Loan Application Processing
-
Accurately fill loan applications, collect and verify required documentation.

Coordinate with the credit team for income assessment, risk evaluation, and approval.

Work with the legal and technical teams to ensure proper verification of the mortgaged property.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the application process.
4. Sales Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly disbursement and lead conversion targets as defined by the management.

Track performance against goals and prepare daily/weekly reports for managers.

Drive cross-selling of other products such as insurance, overdraft facilities, or top-up loans.
5. Market Intelligence and Competitor Tracking

Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer feedback in the LAP segment.

Identify new markets and customer segments for acquisition.

Report competitor product features, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
