Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:
- Develop new business through means like Telecom, Social Media (Linked in, Tweeter …etc.), to introduce Destek with client.
- Generate leads and establish smooth communication with identified prospects. Through Cold calling, Campaigning, Bulk emailing, Social networking (e.g. Linked in, Zoom info etc), Outbound calling.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Should have the ability to grow with team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in daily tracking tools, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Should be well versed with making outbound calls.
- Generate new business according to targets, objectives, and plans.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Graduate or Under Graduate.
- 6 months – 4 years of sales experience preferred, head Hunter ability, expertise in lead generation
- Achieving Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Quarterly target.
- Well versed with internet, Social media, online search engine.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Should have the ability to obtain expert knowledge of Sales, services and policies.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
