Role Description
This is a full-time Real estate role for a Sales Executive / Manager at Vishal Realty in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive / Manager will be working on individual role and will be given target against his salary, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, and creating and delivering sales presentations. The role requires the candidate to engage in regular travel within the city to meet with clients and prospective customers and getting the clients to the site for visit.
Requirements :-
Proven track record in sales management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies accordingly
Experience in negotiation and closing deals
Ability to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel regularly within Bengaluru for site visit
Any Qualification
Experience in the real estate market in Bengaluru would be beneficial
Experience in customer relationship management
Two wheeler is must
