Job Description
• Knowledge of Territory and Geography and local language.
• Knowledge of Government & Private projects.
• Knowledge of Market Mapping, Marketing Scheme and promotional activities.
• Knowledge of sales management software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting, documentation and Presentation.
• Must possess effective communication & Negotiation skills.
• Must be Well Groomed and Presentable.
• Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.
• Must possess 2 wheeler & driving license.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
-
Identify and develop business opportunities with OEM clients across assigned regions or industries.

Generate new leads and follow up on inbound OEM inquiries through various channels.

Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
-
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
2. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM clients, including purchase, design, and R&D departments.

Act as the key point of contact between the company and OEM accounts.

Handle contract negotiations, annual pricing agreements, and after-sales support coordination.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Planning and Forecasting
-
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

Monitor sales trends, analyze buying patterns, and report customer insights to management.

Submit regular forecasts, sales activity reports, and market intelligence updates.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, product customization, and service.
4. Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise

Maintain a strong understanding of company products, features, and applications in OEM usage.

Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to offer solutions tailored to OEM specifications.

Conduct product presentations and demos to technical teams at customer sites.

Collect and document feedback to support product improvements and R&D.
5. Documentation and CRM Management

Maintain updated records of all client interactions, proposals, and deals in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Ensure all sales documentation, NDAs, price lists, and contracts are accurate and up to date.

Follow up on outstanding quotations and ensure timely conversion to orders.

Track post-sales delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
